my lovely flatmates are moving out, so I have two rooms available for rent located in Frankfurt, Oberrad. This room here has 22 sqm and is bathed in the light of both the morning and evening sun. One entire wall consists of large windows and the door to the spacious balcony - which is currently empty, so there's lots of room for herbs, tomatoes and a cozy seating area :) The view from the balcony is very pretty: trees, gardens, and the sunlight bouncing off the walls of other buildings
The room comes without furniture. About two years ago the apartment had new wooden floor installed and was re-painted.
Conveniently situated just 3 minutes away from the tram stop (tram lines 18, 22), our place offers easy access to the main train station in Frankfurt (about 20 minutes) as well as the city center. In walking distance there's a forest and a big area with many gardens (and horses!), perfect for walks.
Like in most parts of Frankfurt we do get airplane noise, so you should be okay with that.

A friendly co-existence, chats and kind communication should be part of our life as roommates just as much as everybody getting the space they need.
We have everything you need (big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, water boiler etc.) but since my two roommates are taking their things, additional kitchen supplies like extra pots and such are more than welcome.
We have a basement for the building and a small attic in the apartment for convenient storage.
The additional costs of 68,80€ include GEZ, electricity and internet. The Abschlag (one time payment) of 250€ includes the cost for several things that are between 1-2 years old: washing machine, kitchen furniture, bathroom cabinet, vacuum cleaner, kitchen equipment.
Our internet speed is currently 100 Mbit/s, if that's important for you.
