In unserer 3er WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen nach einer berufstätigen (nur Festangestellte) Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner zum 01.07.2023 einzieht. Das Zimmer ist Home-Office fähig (genug Platz für einen Schreibtisch, Internet, ruhig). Der Mietvertrag wird vom Vormieter übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, zwei Bändern und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (gehobener Standard) und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bei Bedarf kann ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage angemietet werden oder kostenlos an der Straße parken (i.d.R. kein Problem).
Wir haben eine riesige Terasse mit Grill die im Sommer immer gerne für einen Aperol genutzt wird.

The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with kitchen. The flat is furnished to a high standard, ensuring all your needs are met. Additionally, if needed, a parking space can be rented in the underground garage or free street parking is usually available without any issues.
One of our standout features is the large terrace, complete with a barbecue, which is always a hit for enjoying an Aperol Spritz during the summer.

Wer gerne Sport macht ist hier optimal aufgehoben (Laufen, Rennrad, Outdoor Training, Gym).
