Das Zimmer im zweiten Stock hat einen französischen Balkon und hohe Fenster, es ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet und dadurch schön hell. Es hat ein 1,60m bequemes Bett und einen kleinen Tisch und Stuhl sowie einen Sessel zum lesen oder ausruhen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt vor einem öffentlichen Park, in dem man nett sitzen kann und in der Nähe von zwei hervorragenden Eisdielen, einem Kiosk und Restaurants. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
S-Bahn und Tram sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und man ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der EZB und etwa 5 Minuten zum schönen Mainufer entfernt.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Ines und Anas teilen, die beide super lieb und aufgeschlossen sind. Die Küche und das Bad kannst du natürlich auch benutzen.
Damit alle sich wohlfühlen ist es grundsätzlich wichtig, dass du dich für eine saubere Wohnung mit verantwortlich fühlst (Müll runterbringen/hinter sich aufräumen), rücksichtsvoll mit geteilten Räumen, Gegenständen und dem Zimmer umgehst, und wenn du ausziehst, das Zimmer genauso sauber hinterlässt, wie du es vorgefunden hast.
Die Daten sind auch um ein paar Tage flexibel

The Room on the second floor has a french balcony and tall windows, its facing south-west and has a lot of light coming in. It has a 1,60 comfortable bed and a little table and chair as well as an armchair to sit. The Flat is situated right in front of a public park, which is a nice spot to spend time, and also close to two great ice cream places, a kiosk and restaurants. Supermarkets are also close.
Public Transport is just 5 minutes walking away, and you are within two minutes walking distance to the Ecb and about 5 to the very beautiful Main river front.
You can also use the kitchen and bathroom and you will share the flat with Ines and Anas, who are both very sweet and welcoming.
It's important that you feel responsible to handle everything you use with care, contribute to a clean surrounding (taking down trash/cleaning after yourself and once in the 3 weeks do a little clean in kitchen and bathroom) and when you move out, to leave the room as clean as you found it.
