Ausstattung: Voll möbliertes Zimmer inkl. größenverstellbarem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Nachtkommode. Kosten für Möbel sind im Mietpreis enthalten
Lage: 1 Min. zu Fuß zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Ostendstraße / EZB", 10 Min. zu Fuß zum EZB-Park, Aldi / Penny und diverse Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
WG: Die WG wird mit drei weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Bad und eine separate Dusche. Die moderne Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Backofen und Herd ausgestattet. Equipment: Fully furnished room incl. size-adjustable bed, closet, mirror, chair, desk, bedside table. Furniture costs are included in the rent
Location: 1 min. walk to the S-Bahn stop "Ostendstraße / EZB", 10 min. walk to EZB-Park, Aldi / Penny and various restaurants in the immediate proximity.
Shared flat: The flat is shared with three other flatmates. There is a shared bathroom and a separate shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven and stove. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. The communal areas are cleaned every two weeks by a cleaning service. Very fast internet via wifi is also available. The costs for cleaning and internet are included in the rental price.
