Es ist ein 14 qm großes möbliertes Zimmer, möbliert mit Bett (140x200), Schrank, Schreibtisch und Kommode.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 3 Zimmer, von denen ich die 2 anderen Zimmer bewohne und hat außerdem eine Küche (komplett eingerichtet), ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC, die natürlich mitbenutzt werden können, sowie auch die Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4 Etage (mit Aufzug ;) ).
Es gibt auch einen Kellerraum, in dem Sachen abgestellt werden können.

I am renting a 14 qm big furnished room in Frankfurt Central, furnished with a bed (140x200), wardrobe, desk and dresser.
The apartment has 3 rooms (of which I am living in the other 2 rooms) and also has a kitchen (fully equipped), a bathroom and a separate toilet, which can be shared, of course, as well as the washing machine.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator)).
There is also a cellar available where things can be stored.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage, nur 5 min vom Zoo entfernt und man muss nur 4 min bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station gehen. Auch gibt es 2 S-Bahnstationen in der Nähe, die beide zu Fuß nur 8 min entfernt liegen. Das ist die S-Bahnstation Konstablerwache und die S-Bahnstation Ostendstraße.
In ca. 5 min Entfernung ist schon der Zoo Frankfurt und es gibt sehr viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, sowie auch ein indisches Geschäft.

The apartment is located in a very central location just 5 minutes by walk away from the zoo and you have only 4 minutes walk to the nearest tram station. Also, there are 2 metro stations nearby, both located only 8 minutes away (walking distance). This is the metro station Konstablerwache and metro station Ostendstraße.
Only 5 minutes away is Frankfurt Zoo and very nearby are many restaurants and shops, as well as an indian shop.
Ich suche eine nette Person, die Interesse an dem Zimmer hat. Am besten mal vorbeikommen und alles anschauen :).
