An alle Wohnungssuchenden,
ich suche einen Nachfolger (m,w,d) für mein Zimmer in unserer WG.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Meine Möbel würde ich gerne (fast) alle abgeben. Lediglich meine Weinkisten, das 6-Fächer-Expedit, die Kleiderstange und der Sessel ziehen mit mir um.
Bett, Billy Regal, Sideboards und Sofa würde ich gerne abgeben (Preis vb).

To everyone looking for a new place to live,
I am moving out of our beautiful flat by the beginning of december and I am searching for a successor (m, f, d) to my room in. The room is about 14sqm and has a direct access to our terrace. I'd like to leave (almost) all of my furniture. Only my cases of wine, my small shelf (Expedit), the clothes rail and the armchair are moving out with me. The rest, bed, bookshelf, sideboards and sofa I'd like to leave (price on negotiation basis).
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Eckenheim. Nicht das berühmteste Viertel, aber nur einen Katzensprung zu den angesagten spots der Stadt entfernt. Berger Straße ist in 10Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen, ebenso das Viertel Nordend mit der U5. Wir haben jegliche Supermärkte in der Nähe (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Tegut) und Rossman, einen tollen Bäcker und eine leckere Pizzeria hinterm Haus.
Der Uni campus Westend ist ca 20minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, ebenso mit den Öffis. Die FH ist noch näher dran.

The flat is placed in the beautiful neighbourhood of Eckenheim. I wouldn't say it's the most famous neighbourhood but only a stone's throw from the most hip spots of the town. Berger Street e.g. is to be reached in only 10 minutes by bus as well as the neighbourhood Nordend by metro U5. We've got every supermarket close (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Tegut) and Rossmann, a great bakery and delicious Pizzeria behind the house.
University's campus Westend is only 20 mintues aways by bike and by public transportation. The university of applied sience is even closer.
Die WG besteht mit dir aus 4 Personen. Es gibt eine große Küche, der es an nichts fehlt und 2(!) Bäder. Wir haben die Badewanne des einen Bades zu einer Dusche umfunktioniert und die Bäder so aufgeteilt, dass jeweils 2 eines teilen. So gibt es morgens keinen Stress ;)
Meine (und deine zukünftigen) Mitbewohner sind echt cool und easy-going :) Salome, Enes und Chiara. Du solltest vorbei kommen und alle kennenlernen! Keiner hat wirklich Lust auf eine Zweck-WG, also wäre es super, wenn auch du hin und wieder für gemeinsames Kochen und/oder Feiern zu haben wärst. Wir sind allerdings auch keine "typische" Studenten-Wg, meint regelmäßiges Putzen ist angesagt und wer lernen muss, sollte auch genügend Ruhe bekommen können.
Wir sind dezent international, sprechen alle fließend deutsch und englisch. Außerdem spanisch, französisch und georgisch.

Together with you there are 4 people in total living in the flat. There is a big kitchen that isn't missing anything and 2(!) bathrooms. We "converted" the bathtub of one of the bathrooms to a shower and devided the bathrooms so that each is used by 2 persons. To avoid some stress in the morning ;-)
My (your future) flat mates are pretty cool and easy going :-) Salome, Enes and Chiara. You should come over and get to know them! No one realy looks for a so called "Zweck-WG" therefore, it would be great if you would be into common cooking or going out once in a while. But we aren't one of this "typical" student's flat either, this means we care for cleaning frequently and who needs to study/work should get enough space and quietness to concentrate.
We are pretty international, all speak fluently German and English. Furthermore, Spanish, French and Georgian.
Es handelt sich übrigens um ein Wohnheim der AGB Wohnheim GmbH und ist deshalb nur für Studenten (m,w,d) einer Hochschule bis maximal 30Jahre vorgesehen.
