Ich suche für mein Zimmer in 2er WG eine Mitbewohnerin ab sofort bis Ende April 2022 (Verlängerung kann verhandelbar sein). // I seek a female flat mate until end of April 2022 (extention may be negotiable).

Das Zimmer ist etwa 19 qm groß und möbliert. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche mit ein Balkon Richtung Süden mit einem Schulhof. Ein Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist hell.
Es stört mich nicht aber vielleicht ein Nachteil dieser Wohnung ist der Lärm. Wegen der Straßenbahn auf der Garten Strasse und der Kindergarten neben dem Haus besonders in Sommer kann es laut werden. // The room is about 19 sqm and furnished. There is a large eat-in kitchen with a south-facing balcony with a schoolyard. A bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
It doesn't bother me but maybe the downside of this apartment is the noise: because of the tram on Garten Strasse and the kindergarten next to the house, it can get noisy, especially in summer.
Sie können das Sofa als Bett benutzen. Es wäre aber auch möglich, ein eigenes Bett ins Zimmer zu stellen.// You can use the sofa as bed. But it would be also possible to add own bed into room.

It is located in a popular residential area of Sachsenhausen, 3 minutes from Schweizerplatz and 8 minutes from the Main
Wegen Covid arbeite ich jetzt 99% der Zeit von zu Hause aus, aber wenn ich ins Büro gehe, komme ich normalerweise nach 20 Uhr nach Hause. Ich verbringe meine Zeit zu Hause eher als Erholungsort denn als Partyort. Ich bin unkompliziert, flexibel und kontaktfreudig. Ich würde mich freuen, jemanden zu haben, der genauso unkompliziert ist und gerne mit jemandem in einer WG lebt. Ich freue mich auf deine Rückmeldung. // Now becuse of Covid I work 99% of the time from home but when I go into office I usually get home after 8 p.m. I spend my time at home more as a resort than a party place. I am uncomplicated, flexible and sociable. I would be happy to have someone who is just as uncomplicated and who enjoys living in a shared apartment with someone. I look forward to your feedback.
