Die Wohnung besitzt ein so genanntes Frankfurter Bad. Die Badewanne/Dusche befindet sich im Zimmer einer Mitbewohnerin. Man muss sich somit absprechen mit dem Duschen. Das hat uns aber noch nie Probleme bereitet. Die Toilette hat einen separaten Raum.
wunderschönes, großes Zimmer möbliert NUR zur Zwischenmiete (im Februar 2022). Das Zimmer hat einen tollen Parkettboden, große Fenster und ist mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht, ausgestattet.
Einige der Pflanzen bleiben für den Monat in dem Zimmer, deswegen wäre es super, wenn du dich etwas mit Pflanzen auskennst :)

The apartment has a so-called Frankfurt bathroom. The bathtub/shower is in the room of one of the flatmates. So you have to coordinate with the shower. However, this has never caused us any problems. The toilet has a separate room.
Beautiful, large room furnished ONLY for interim rent (in February 2022). The room has great hardwood floors, large windows and is equipped with everything you need to live.
Some of the plants will stay in the room for the month, so it would be great if you know something about plants :)
Die Lage ist ideal! In wenigen Minuten ist man am Main, Frankfurt Süd und dem Schweizer Platz. Die S- und U-Haltestelle Lokalbahnhof ist 3 min Fußweg entfernt. Supermärkte wie Rewe, Aldi und Alnatura in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es auch unmittelbar in der Straße einen dm, Cafés und Restaurants :)

The location is ideal! In a few minutes you are at the Main, Frankfurt South and the Schweizer Platz. The S- and U-stop Lokalbahnhof is 3 min walk away. Supermarkets such as Rewe, Aldi and Alnatura in under 5 minutes to reach. In addition, there is also directly in the street a dm, cafes and restaurants :)
Die WG läuft frei nach dem Sinn "alles kann, nichts muss". Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Miriam (27) und Kathrin (32). Beide sind sehr aufgeschlossen und lachen gerne. Die beiden arbeiten, trotzdem ist immer Zeit für einen entspannten Plausch in der Küche oder auch gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Der eigene Freiraum wird aber natürlich respektiert und man kann sich auch zurückziehen.

The WG runs freely according to the sense "everything can, nothing must". Your future flatmates are Miriam (27) and Kathrin (32). Both are very open-minded and like to laugh. They both work, but there is always time for a relaxed chat in the kitchen or joint activities. However, your own free space is of course respected and you can also withdraw.
