Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer mit einer Küche und einem Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Zusätzlich zu deinem Zimmer gibt es ein gemeinsam genutzes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Schrank, eine Kommode, ein Bücherregal und ein Bett. Es gibt also genug Stauraum. Durch das große Fenster hat man einen Ausblick in den Hinterhof.
There are a total of three rooms in the flat as well as a kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub. In addition to your room there is a shared living/dining room. The room has a wardrobe, a dresser, a book shelf and a bed, so there is enough room to store your belongings. The large window overlooks the backyard.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße des Grüneburgwegs. Zur Uni sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, die U-Bahn-Station Grüneburgweg erreicht man in 5 minuten und Busanbindungen zur Linie 64 zum Hauptbahnhof oder 36 / 75 nach Bockenheim sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny und Rewe sowie 2 Bio Märkte) sind im die Ecke auf dem Grüneburgweg.
The flat is centrally located just off of the "Grüneburgweg". The university Campus Westend is about 10 min away, the U-Bahn-station "Grüneburgweg" as well as bus stations (Line 64 to Hbf, Line 36 / 75 to Bockenheim) are within a 5 minute walking radius as well. Grocery stores (Penny, Rewe etc.) are just around the corner.
Ich suche nach einem*einer ruhigen Mitbewohner*in, der*die ein für ein paar Wochen in Frankfurt eine Bleibe sucht. Ich selbst bin voll berufstätig und pendle unter der Woche an drei Tagen nach Mainz, wo ich derzeit im akademischen Bereich tätig bin. Viel Zeit für gemeinsame Aktivitäten wird also unter der Woche nicht sein. Wenn Du für einen längeren Zeitraum bleiben möchtest, können wir auch über den Preis verhandeln. Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum sind dementsprechend flexibel. Ich freue mich auf deine Anfrage!
I am looking for a quiet room mate who wants to stay in Frankfurt for a couple of weeks. I am working full time in Mainz in academy. Due to that, there won't be much time for joint activities throughout the week. If you want to stay for a longer period of time, we can negociate the price. Moving dates are quite flexibel.
