We are Furnestate, a company which has the goal to provide high quality furnished living spaces for ambitious students and Young Professionals at an affordable rate. Our company was founded by international students who knew the issue of finding a high-quality room at a fair price and wanted to help future New-To-Frankfurt-people avoid getting into a situation like this.
Hence we started creating modern-chique spaces in the best areas of town to help people like you find a nice room in a like-minded community of students and young professionals without having to do any work of their own. Your room is fully furnished with all the necessary items to settle in an apartment: Bed, Linen, Desk, Chair, Smart-TV.
Also, don't worry about internet and electricity registration, we got you covered to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The apartment at hand is located on Bockenheimer Landstraße, the heart of the famous and loved Westend district. In total, the apartment offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, a separate kitchen and a washing area. Just bring your luggage and you're home. Another big highlight is the huge common garden shared by the house. Get excited for post-Corona Barbecue sessions!

Since the apartment is brand new and we are only starting to advertise the rooms now multiple rooms are still available. Should you and a friend (or more) look for something together we are happy to hear from all of you to see if we can make it work.

Wir sind Furnestate, ein Unternehmen, das sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, ambitionierten Studenten und Young Professionals hochwertige möblierte Wohnräume zu einem erschwinglichen Preis anzubieten. Unser Unternehmen wurde von internationalen Studenten gegründet, die das Problem der Suche nach einem hochwertigen Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis kannten und zukünftigen Neu-Und-Alt-Frankfurtern helfen wollten, nicht in eine solche Situation zu geraten.
Aus diesem Grund haben wir begonnen, modern-schicke Räume in den besten Gegenden der Stadt zu schaffen, um Menschen wie Ihnen dabei zu helfen, ein schönes Zimmer in einer gleichgesinnten Gemeinschaft von Studenten und jungen Berufstätigen zu finden, ohne selbst Zeit und Geld in die Einrichtung der Wohnung stecken zu müssen. Dein Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen, um sich in einer Wohnung niederzulassen: Bett, Bettwäsche, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Smart-TV.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Bockenheimer Landstraße, dem Herzen des berühmten und beliebten Stadtteils Westend. Insgesamt bietet das Apartment 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, einen Essbereich, eine separate Küche und einen Waschbereich. Bringen Sie einfach Ihr Gepäck mit und Sie sind zu Hause. Ein weiteres großes Highlight ist der riesige Gemeinschaftsgarten, den das Haus teilt. Freuen Sie sich auf Grill-Sessions nach Corona!

Da die Wohnung brandneu ist und wir erst jetzt mit der Vermarktung für die Zimmer beginnen, sind jetzt noch mehrere Zimmer verfügbar. Solltest sowohl du als auch Freunde von dir gemeinsam nach etwas suchen, freuen wir uns, von euch allen zu hören, um zu schauen ob es für euch passt.
