Das Zimmer das zur Verfügung steht ist ca 30m2 groß und möbliert (mit Bed, großem PAX Schrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kallax-Regal). Kosten sind ca. 700 pro Monat (550 + 150 in Nebenkosten, abhängig von der Entwicklung der Energiepreise. Derzeitiger Strom+Internetkosten ca. 75€ pro Person, zzgl. Warmwasser + Heizung, Vorschuss dafür bereits in den 550 enthalten). Pendler willkommen. Bis auf einen Teil der Küche war die Wohnung bei meinem Einzug letzten Sommer leer, heißt die restliche Einrichtung ist neu! Skyline view inklusive. Doktoranden/Berufstätige bevorzugt - mit Plan, langfristig in der Wohnung zu bleiben.
Sonstiges:
- Küche (ca. 16m2, voll eingerichtet inkl. Spülmaschine, Induktionskochplatte mit 4 Feldern, Abzugshaube, neu gekauftem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Küchenmaschine, sowie gerade im Februar gekauften neuen Waschtrockner ) mit Balkon Richtung Süden (2.5 m2)
- Bad (mit Badewanne)

- 2. Zimmer (in dem deine Mitbewohnerin lebt)

Room size is ca. 30m2, room is partly furbished at the moment (huge PAX cupboard, bed & mattress, Kallax unit, big sofa, desk), with view to the sky line! Rent is around. 700€ per month (550 + 150 in utilities, depending on the development of prices. Current costs for electricity + internet ca. 75€ per person per month, net rent - 550 - includes an advance on heating + costs for water). Apartment was newly refurbished last year, with new furniture and new kitchen appliances (except for stove). Phd students/employees preferred - you should have the intention to stay in the flat long-term (so no short-term stays for internships etc.)
