Biggest room in the house, fully furnished, with a bed, a cupboard, a small shelf, a table, an office chair and mats. Heater works perfectly, keeps the room warm during winter days, no complaints with the room at all. Eastward facing room, there is sufficient sunlight in the room in the mornings.
The apartment is in a strategic location.
Transportation:
Literally 30 seconds away from the U-bahn station U4 Seckbacherlandstrasse.
Bus stop for lines 38 and 43, is 1 minutes away. The city Centre (Konstablerwache) is only 10 minutes away by U-bahn.
Restaurants and Bars:
Within 5 minutes walking distance you can find 3 Kiosks, an Eis-cream store, 2 Bäcker Eifler, an ATM and a mid-sized grocery store.
Next to the house there are few restaurants (Italian, Asian and German). The Bergerstraße is just 10 minutes walking distance and there you can find some of the best food options in Frankfurt.
Sport and Relax:
Günthersburgpark and Hüthpark are just 10/15 minutes away walking distance. These are two of the bests parks in Frankfurt. Perfect for jogging or relaxing. There are also Chalistenics structures there.
Close to the apartment there are also couple of good gyms.
The apartment vibe is very chill. We are all students and part time workers. During the day we usually work.
We have rules to keep the house clean.
We have a very spacious living room that we use to have some small gatherings or shared moments. But we respect everyone’s preferences.
We completely furnished the house so we would like ti ask you for a reasonably small contribution for the furnitures.
