Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas ländlicher. In der Innenstadt ist man aber mit dem ÖPNV in 15 - 20 Minuten.
Neu renoviertes Bad, neue Küche, TV-Anschluss, schnelles Internet, Balkon, Parkplatz gibt es hinter dem Haus oder direkt auf der Straße.
Schnelle Verbindungen in die Innenstadt (max. 20 Minuten).
Fußweg ca. 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle.
Mit der S-Bahn ab Bahnhof 8 Min bis Hauptbahnhof Freiburg.
Regelmäßige Busanbindung. Morgens und abends alle 10 Minuten ein Bus, der zum Bahnhof oder direkt zur Straßenbahn führt.
An Feiertagen und Wochenende jede Stunde in oder aus der Stadt hinaus mit dem Nachtbus.
Nett, witzig, unkompliziert
Ideal für Studierende, die nicht die erste Zeit in der Notunterkunft verbringen möchten.
Evtl. kann die Wohnung auch direkt übernommen werden und man kann unbefristet in der neu renovierten und günstigen Wohnung verbleiben.
