Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 7er Frauen-Haus-WG ist voll möbliert und die Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten (2X Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es ist ein kleines aber sehr gemütliches und helles Zimmer. Der Bettkasten enthält einen Lattenrost und kann zu einem Gästebett ausgefahren werden.
The room is located in a 7 women house-share is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances (2X refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) and kitchen utensils. It is a small but very cozy and bright room. The bed box contains a slatted frame and can be extended to a guest bed.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, naturnahen Lage in einem Neubaugebiet. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die Fahrtzeit zur Uni und in die Innenstadt beträgt mit der Straßenbahn 18 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten. Ein Park, der größte Biergarten Freiburgs, ein Naturschutzgebiet, ein Badesee und Sportstätten sind zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is situated in a very safe, nice, quiet and new development area of town. The apartment was built in 2003 with new facilities and modern standard. A Park, Freiburg's largest beer garden, a swimming lake, sport facilities, a zoo and a natural reserve are within walking distance. The tram station is situated 30 meters from the house. It takes 18 minutes to the University and downtown by tram and 15 minutes by bycicle.

Du kannst dir das Zusammenleben in einer etwas größeren 7er Frauen-WG (vornehmlich Erstsemester) vorstellen und bringst Gemeinschafts,- und Sauberkeitssinn mit? Dann freuen wir uns auf deine Anfrage. Die WG hat sich zu diesem Wintersemester neu gegründet. Von den neuen Mitbewohnerinnen (Sophie, Liliane, Alisa) wohnt allerdings noch niemand in der Wohnung, so dass ich als Vermieter (Michael) die Neuvermietung der WG übernehmen werde

You can imagine living together in a somewhat larger flat-sharing community of 7 women (mainly freshmen) and have a sense of community and cleanliness? Then we are looking forward to your request. The WG has been newly founded for this winter semester. However, none of the new flatmates (Sophie, Liliane, Alisa) is living in the apartment yet, so that I, as the landlord (Michael), will take over the new renting of the apartment.
