ÜBER DIE 2 ZIMMER: Die zwei Zimmer sind sehr hell, beide sind 22 qm groß. Ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, d.h die 2 Zimmer wären perfekt für ein Pärchen oder 2 Freunde/innen. Wir sind natürlich gayfriendly ;) Der Preis PRO ZIMMER ist ca 300 euro, inklusiv Internet, Strom und Gas.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, es gibt Möbel die zum Verkauf stehen, aber wir können alles persönlich vereinbaren.

We are renting out 2 bedrooms (22m2) in our shared apartment of 4 people.
The 2 rooms we are renting are connected, that means one of them is a walk-through room. Between them there is a door, anyway this rooms would be perfect for couples but they are rent sparately also :) (we are gayfriendly of course!) The price is 300 euro for each room, Internet, electricity and gas included.
The Apartment is 130m2, and comprises a big kitchen, living room, bathroom with bath and shower, and three further bedrooms.
We live in a community WG,
More informations about the flat : 1st floor, separate toilets, new windows, nice kitchen with couch and dining table. Washing machine, dishwasher.
You are directly on the tramway 5 and 33, and U4-Friedensbrücke is 5 minutes away. It is well served by supermarkets (Billa, Zielpunk, DM).

Über unsere Toplage: In 2 Minuten bist du bei der Straßenbahn 5 oder 33 Wallensteinstraße ; die U4-Friedensbrücke ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. U6- Jägerstraße ist auch nur 7 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (DM,Billa, Zielpunkt..).
Die Lage ist echt super, besonders wegen Augarten der 4 Minuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt ist :)
WG LEBEN: Wir lieben gemeinsame Abendessen und gemeinsames Weintrinken, aber wir respektieren natürlich unsere Privatsphäre. Eure Besucher sind natürlich immer willkommen.
Unsere Mitbewohner Hilmi und Musti sind nette, unkomplizierte und lustige Menschen, die wir schon jetzt bereuen :)
DIE WOHNUNG
Die Wohnung ist 130 qm groß und besteht aus einer großen Küche + Wohnzimmer, Badzimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, Klo und andere 2 Schlafzimmer.
Ein paar Informationen über die Wohnung: 1.Stock, saniertes Altbau, neue Fenster, schöne Küche mit Essplatz und Couch.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine Staubsauger, Geschirr etc. sind alles vorhanden.
