I'm moving out from my lovely 4 rooms WG in the end of July but since the contract is until the end of September I'm trying to sublet the room for August-September.
In the WG there are 4 well soundproofed rooms, two toilets, both with a toilet and a shower, a large well-equipped kitchen and a big balcony. The building is very new and modern.
Since I'm moving out in the end of July, the room will be empty from my personal stuff. However, a 120cm bed with mattress, bookshelf, desk and chair, small dresser and a wardrobe will stay in the room, so you will have everything you need.
The rent 370€ per month includes everything: heating, water, electricity and internet. When moving in you don't need to pay caution.
The WG is situated in a huge student housing area Stusie a bit outside of the centre and right next to the beautiful Seepark and lake. You can also get easily and quickly to the centre by the tram number 1.
Please notice that the tenant must have a student certificate in Freiburg!
