Attention : Before you keep reading. Since i do know that it can be hard to find a room in Freiburg and i have a room free, i rent the room to individuals for one to three month only to have a chance to find something permanent here. This is, and wont be a long term room! There is a dog (golden retreiver) so you should not be affraid of dogs :-P
Your room is furnished with a single bed, a big wardrobe and a desk. The rooms has floor heating. There is no TV in you room. However there is a TV in the kitchen and livingroom you can use. You have unlimited Wifi internet with 600Mbit downlink. Filesharing is not allowed! The room is in the second level of the house. You can bring a dog IF he or she is on good terms with my dog.
- There is a 25m² workout room with plenty of training equipment and a spinning bike.
- Washing machine and Drying machine
- Plenty of space for bikes inside and plenty of parking spots on the outside
- You have your own bathroom which is only used by you and directly beside your room... unless i have a guest in the house.

There is a busstop right around the corner which you can reach in 30 seconds once you are on the street. There is a neigbours house with a couple of nice students in it. There are numerous stores close by as well as a big park (seepark) which you can reach in 5 minutes on foot.
I have 6 years of experience in flatsharing but i live alone now. I always liked flatsharing so i am willed to rent the room to the ones that are looking to stay in freiburg. Espeacilly if you are not from freiburg it can be hard to find something so you should have plenty of time to find something that fit your needs once you are here.
There is no must when it comes to socialising with me since the offer is limited however since i like to get in touch with new people i would prefere someone who is rather open in person and does not stay in his/her room all day long. If you catch my drift ^^
You can freely use the kitchen and livingroom. Please read the description of the house. It has everything one needs ... or does not need. There is a 200m² yard which of course can be used for BBQ and stuff. I have no problem if you have a friend over once in a while ... once in a while does not include wild partys in the house nor come home at 4 o'clock every night cause I have to get up every morning for work at about 8am so.
Türlich sprech ich auch deutsch ^^

- Affraid of dogs ? The dog is 11 Month old and vivid, always looking for someone that pets him ^^
