Approximately 15-squared-meter room with brand new furniture. A 120-cm wide bed, a large closet with a fitted mirror, a 140 cm wide desk with a desk lamp and large standing shelves. There's also a TV and small fan that could be used with no additional costs.
The rooms is bright and overlooks the seepark and the lake.

The room is in a beautiful district overlooking the lake and Seepark (a huge green area that is suitable for all kind of activities; jogging, sunbathing, hanging out with friends or arranging a picnic.
The public transportation is within a walking distance. exactly 3 minutes away to the tram number 1 that takes you to the city center in 8 minutes.
The room is 4 minutes away from Edeka and Penny (local supermarkets), 4 minutes away from the nearest pharmacy, and one tram stop away from a Turkish supermarket.
Fraunhofer ISE is also not far away, a 20 minute walk or 12 minutes by tram.
No specific WG rules. Just make sure not to make much noise at night in the weekdays, and keep the place clean.
