Hey,
vermietet wird ein Zimmer im katholischen Studentenwohnheim "Margarete-Ruckmich-Haus".
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und möbliert.
Es ist zweckmäßig mit Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, ausreichend Regalen, Waschbecken und Internetanschluss ausgestattet (Siehe Fotos). Küche, Aufenthaltsraum, Dusche und WC teilt man sich mit den anderen Mitbewohner*innen in der Wohngruppe. Im Keller des Wohnheims gibt es einen Waschmaschinenraum. Haustiere und Rauchen sind im Wohnheim nicht gestattet.
A room is available for rent in the catholic dormitory "Margarete-Ruckmich-Haus".
The room is approx. 12 sqm large and furnished. It is equipped with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, shelves, sink and internet connection (see photos). Kitchen, living room, shower and WC are shared with the other flatmates in the living group.
There is a washing machine room in the basement of the dormitory. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the dormitory.
Die Lage ist wirklich top!
Von Wohnheim sind es circa 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den Straßenbahnhaltestellen "Am Bischofskreuz" oder "Bissierstraße",
mit der Bahn sind es dann 10 Minuten in die Stadt/zur Universität,
mit dem Fahrrad sind es vom Wohnheim 10-15 Minuten, je nachdem wie schnell du fährst ;)
Mit Edeka und Penny befinden sich Supermärkte in der Nähe, du brauchst zu Fuß maximal 5 Minuten.
Und jetzt im Sommer lädt der nahe gelegene Seepark zum Sonne genießen/Grillen/Joggen/Schwimmen usw. ein, auch hier bist du in wenigen Minuten da.
The location is really great!
From the dormitory it is about 5 minutes walk to the tram stops "Am Bischofskreuz" or "Bissierstrasse",
by tram it is then 10 minutes to the city/university,
by bike it takes 10-15 minutes from the dormitory, depending on how fast you ride ;)
With Edeka and Penny there are supermarkets nearby, you need a maximum of 5 minutes walk.
And now in summer the nearby "Seepark" invites you to enjoy the sunshine / barbecue / jogging / swimming etc., here too you are only a few minutes away.
Zum aktuellen WG-Leben kann ich leider nichts Genaues schreiben.
In letzter Zeit war es aufgrund der Coronasituation eher ruhig.
Ansonsten ist es wie immer im studentischen Wohnheim. Wenn du Anschluss finden willst, sind die meisten Mitbewohner recht offen dafür. Wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst und lieber für dich bist, dann ist das auch kein Problem :)
Unfortunately, I can't write anything specific about the current life in the WG.
Lately it has been rather quiet due to the corona situation.
Apart from that, it's like always in a student dormitory. If you want to make friends, most of the flatmates are quite open to that. If you want to have your peace and prefer to be on your own, that's also no problem :)
In der Miete sind mit 250€ alle Kosten enthalten.
Das Zimmer ist prinzipiell ab dem 01.Juni frei, bei Bedarf könntest du auch schon sofort einziehen.
Wie oben schon beschrieben, ist das Mietverhältnis bis Ende August 2020 befristet.
Wenn es dir gefällt, besteht aber sicherlich die Möglichkeit innerhalb des Wohnheims ein anderes Zimmer zu beziehen.
Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich, bevorzugt am Wochenende. In der aktuellen Lage kann ich dir das Zimmer auch gerne erstmal virtuell zeigen.

The rent includes all costs with 250€.
The room is available from 01 June, if you want you could move in immediately.
As described above, the lease is limited until the end of August 2020.
If you like it, there is certainly the possibility to move to another room within the dormitory.
Viewings are possible from now on, preferably on weekends. In the current situation I can also show you the room virtually.
