A fully furnished 13 m.sq room on 6th floor near Seepark. It is 8 room Wg with shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a sitting area and the neighbours are international students as well as Germans and are very friendly. There is a shared balcony as well to smoke/drink or sit with a nice view towards main road.
Supermarket is easily accessible at 5 to 7 minutes by walk and 2 minutes by bike. The view is amazing from the window facing the front of the lake. Bike parking is available as well. Sports centre/gym is also accessible. It will take 6 to 10 minutes to reach university by tram while the tram station is 3 to 4 minutes of walk.
Due to shared Wg, it is higlhy likely to make friends. You are allowed to invite your friends, keeping in mind the regulations due to Covid. If you are a social person, you will enjoy it a lot. Usually at dinner time, everyone is in the kitchen and little chit chat always happen. A small get together at the weekends can also happen if planned beforehand. :D
The tenant must be a student and enrolled at University of Freiburg. In case of masters thesis students, an enrolment certificate of your own university or thesis registration could be shown. An online meeting is also possible but the room will be shown only in person. The room must be given back in the same condition as given before. City registration is also possible.
