Hello! I´m subletting my room for the month of September, but moving in is possible from the 30th of August.
It´s a very cozy room, with an amazing view of Seepark and the Black Forest.
The room is fully furnished: 140 cm bed with mattress, desk, lamp, chair, bookshelf, and closet.
The kitchen has a fridge and oven and everything you need as well (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.).
Location:
The beautiful lake of Seepark is just at a distance of 5 minutes walk ( you can actually see it from the room's window ;)
The tramstop, an Edeka, and Penny are at a distance of 5 minutes walk.
There are also various restaurants and bakeries nearby.
You can reach the city center by bike in just 15 minutes.
Dietenbachsee and Moosweiher are also very close ;)

Your roommate will be a very friendly lawyer and master's student, who works in the city center some days during the week, and likes to cook, meet friends, and play board games :)
