General information:
The room is offered by swfr so it can only be sublet to students.
The apartment is only available till the end of September and because my contract will end by then there is no option for extending the contract. Maybe you can extend it by applying for swfr dorms, but I can not anymore.
About flat:
There are 4 single rooms for 2 girls and a boy. They are German but they speak English very well. They are friendly and kind.
There are 2 bathrooms, each for 2 people.
Also, there is a shared living room and equipped kitchen. Enough parking spaces for bikes and cars are available.
The ping pong table, basketball and football fields are available beside the building. If you need more pictures to see, just contact me.
About location:
The Lidl is accessible by 10 minutes by foot and the train station of technical faculty is accessible in 5 minutes by foot.
