Heeey :) (meine Ex freundin sagt die begrüßung geht gar nicht aber ich lass es mal drin) Wir sind die Werthis & suchen ab dem 15 März einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Uns ist ein harmonisches Miteinander sehr wichtig. Aus eigener Erfahrung benötigt man in einer 6er WG dafür die richtige persönliche Mischung aus innerer Ausgeglichenheit und manchmal auch Abgrenzungsvermögen. In der WG existieren Freundschaften, zwischen manchen aber auch nur ein normales Mitbewohnerverhältnis, was auch voll ok ist :)
Zum Bewerbungsding: Ihr wissts ja selbst Freiburg ist ziemlich verrückt mit der Wohnungssuche, wir können deswegen nicht alle Nachrichten beantworten, es kostet einfach zu viel Zeit (Stichwort 400 Nachrichten für ein Zimmer...) Wir werden deswegen immer mal einzelnd reinschauen und dann diejenigen Kandidaten anschreiben bei denen es von beiden Seiten gut passen kann :) Wg castings können gerne auch zu Beginn im Einzelgespräch stattfinden (das ist dann vll auch angenehmer für euch, weil dann sitzen nicht 5 Leute zusammen die sich alle schon kennen und eine Person die neu ist) und dann wenns von beiden seiten vibed können wir uns in größerer Gruppe treffen. Spart auch eure und unsere Zeit etwas ein :)

We are the Werthis and are looking for a subtenant from February 15th. One of our roommates, Sai, is moving out, and another roommate will take over his room. Since we're not sure how much time we need to find someone for the other room, we're subletting Sai's room for 4-6 weeks and searching for a long-term solution during that time.

Creating a harmonious living environment is crucial for us. Based on our experience, achieving the right balance between inner peace and occasional need for personal space is essential in a 6-person flatshare. Friendships exist within the WG, while some have a regular roommate relationship, which is totally fine too. :)

You probably know it yourselves – the apartment hunt in Freiburg can be quite hectic. Therefore, we cannot respond to all messages as it is simply too time-consuming (think about the 400 messages for one room...). Instead, we will check regularly and reach out to those candidates where it could be a good fit from both sides :) WG castings can initially start with individual conversations (which might be more comfortable for you, as not all 5 people are sitting together, with everyone already knowing each other, and one person being new). If it vibes well on both sides, we can then arrange a meeting in a larger group. This also saves both your and our time :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Werthmannstraße neben der Kronenbrücke, sehr zentral zu allen Örtlichkeiten der Innenstadt gelegen, 1min zur Tram, 2 min zur Mensa und zur UB.
The flat is very centrally located, directly next to Dreisam, in walking distance from the UB, the train station, and Johanniskirche. It comes with a big kitchen and a living-room, a guest toilet, a big bathroom with both shower and a bathtub and a generous attic for storage
Ella: Ist Pfadfinderin und kennt mind. 100 verschiedene Wege einen Kronkorken zu knacken.
Jenny: Aus den States, arbeitet im Andenkenladen beim Münster und erfreut durch ihr cutes und gutes Deutsch!
Sofia: Beacht und musiziert sehr gerne. Als Italienerin rät sie dir von Barilla Nudeln ab.
Darius: geht gerne in der 3Sam baden und spielt Mundharmonika.
Hendrik: Sieht aus wie Jesus, trinkt aber mehr Bier als Ersterer.
Vielleicht liest du raus, wir sind wirklich ein bunt gemischter multikulti Haufen. Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch in der WG, bis auf Sofia verstehen aber auch alle ziemlich gut Deutsch (update: she is learing it ^^) Meistens isst zumindest ein Teil der Besetzung zusammen oder macht es sich zu Lern/Arbeitssessions in unserer geräumigen Wohnküche gemütlich. Aber man hat definitiv auch die Möglichkeit sich mal zurück zu ziehen.
Ella: is a scout and able to open a beer bottle at least 100 different ways.
Jenny: From the states, smily and top german speaker ^^
Sofia: Likes to play beachvolleyball alot. You can always spot when she is in the kitchen, since she is humming beautiful tunes
Darius: Loves to take cold baths in 3Sam and plays the Harp.
Hendrik: Is off to the forest and likes to talk about many things with you.
The WG life in the flat is rather relaxed. During the day most of us are busy with our studies or our work, but spontaneous get togethers are also enjoyed.
