Bist du für kurze Zeit in Freiburg? Machst du ein Sprachkurs im Sommer? Brauchst du ein Zimmer für August und/oder September? Du bist genau richtig hier!
Es ist ein schönes, helles möbliertes Zimmer: Bett mit Bettwäsche, Nachttisch mit Lampe, Schreibtisch mit Lampe und Stuhl, Bücherregal, Kleiderschrank und noch ein extra Stuhl. Die Wohnung ist im Studentenwohnheim Kunzenweg in Littenweiler, sehr nah am Schwarzwald (3 Minuten zu Fuß) und 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle. Wir haben zwei Balkons (eins in der Küche und eins wo man ein anderes Zimmer gehen muss aber es kann von allen benutzt werden!), eine möblierte Küche, eine Toilette und auch ein separates Bad.
Die Miete ist von 294 Euros und es gibt keine extra Kosten.

Are you for a short time in Freiburg? Are you doing a language cours or do you need a room for the months of august and/or september? Then you've found the right place!
I'm subletting my nice, comfortable, warm and full furnished room at the end of july. It has a bed with bedlinen, bedside table with a lamp, a desk with a chair and a lamp too, a shelf, a wardrobe and an extra chair. You will be living with 3 other people (2 boys and a girl) and you will be sharing the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom. We also have two balconies :)
It is very close to the woods (Schwarzwald), like 3 minutes walking and 7 minutes walking to the nearest tram station. It takes you about 10-15 minutes with the tram to the city centre. The rent is 294 Euros.

Littenweiler ist 10-15 Minuten von der Stadt mit der Bahn entfernt. Der Wohnheim liegt direkt an der Pädagogischen Hochschule und es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. In 3 Minuten bist du im Schwarzwald und kannst die besten Wanderungen machen! Großer Einkaufszentrum ist 5 Minuten mit der Bahn und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bäckerei 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Littenweiler is about 10-15 minutes from the city by tram and it takes you about 7 minutes to the nearest tram station. The apartment is placed close to the Pädagogische Hochschule and it is a very nice, green and calm area. In 3 minutes you'll be in the woods (Schwarzwald) where you can go for the most beautiful hikings! There is a shopping centre about 5 Minutes with the tram and a smaller supermarket 10 minutes walking. There's also a backery 10 minutes walking distance.
Es wohnen drei andere Studenten in der WG (2 Jungs und 1 Mädel). Zwischen uns gibt es ein cooles und nettes Verhältnis :)
