Your room:
I am offering the biggest room in the shared apartment with a huge balcony and hence a very nice view. I am only giving up on this room because I would like to to look for a 1 room apartment. Otherwise this offer is unbeatable. The room is fully furnished with a double sized bed, a big wardrobe, a tv cabin, a working table along with an office chair, a big L shaped sofa and so on (please find the pictures).
On top of these furnitures, I would like to leave the curtains (I bought it to escape from the bright sunlight during summer mornings and it totally does its job), TV and the balcony table with two chairs for additional 120 euros.
Since the room has big glass windows and a door to (private) balcony, there is usually lots of sunlight during the day.
Kitchen:
The kitchen, bathroom (shower as well as bath tub), seperate toilet are shared. The kitchen is fully furnished with a top class oven, a huge fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher and so on. There is big window which allows lots of natural light in the kitchen.
So is the case with the bathroom and the toilet. There is a keller and you also have the option of parking your bike inside the house so that it stays safe with you.

Ich biete das größte Zimmer in der WG mit einem großen Balkon und somit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Ich gebe dieses Zimmer nur ab, weil ich mich nach einer 1-Zimmer-Wohnung umsehen möchte. Ansonsten ist dieses Angebot unschlagbar. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, einem großen Kleiderschrank, einer Fernsehkabine, einem Arbeitstisch samt Bürostuhl, einem großen L-förmigen Sofa und so weiter (siehe Bilder).
Zusätzlich zu diesen Möbeln würde ich gerne die Vorhänge (ich habe sie gekauft, um dem hellen Sonnenlicht an Sommermorgen zu entkommen, und sie erfüllen ihren Zweck vollkommen), den Fernseher und den Balkontisch mit zwei Stühlen für zusätzliche 120 Euro behalten.
Da das Zimmer große Glasfenster und eine Tür zum (privaten) Balkon hat, gibt es tagsüber meist viel Sonnenlicht.
Küche:
Die Küche, das Badezimmer (sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne) und das separate WC werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem erstklassigen Backofen, einem großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler usw. Es gibt ein großes Fenster, das viel natürliches Licht in die Küche lässt.
Das Gleiche gilt für das Badezimmer und die Toilette. Es gibt einen Keller und Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, Ihr Fahrrad innerhalb des Hauses zu parken, so dass es sicher bei Ihnen bleibt.

The apartment is just a minute of walk away from the tramstop Betzenhausen Torplatz. Here you find all kinds of shops that you need.
