Das Zimmer im 2.OG unter der Dachschräge hat einen eigenen Balkon, ist voll möbliert mit einem Doppel-Bett (140 x 200 cm) mit zwei Bettkasten, einem TV-Tisch mit Fernseher inkl. Netflix und Amazon Prime, einen Schreibtisch mit Internetanschluß (WiFi), und einen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Fenster wird auch von den zwei Mitbewohnern benutzt. Ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie eine Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im UG zur Verfügung.
Die große Küche, wo wir uns oft zu tiefsinnigen oder lustigen Gesprächen treffen, sowie das Ess-/Wohnzimmer, der Garten mit ca. 100qm, die Tischtennisplatte und die Terrasse mit 14qm ist auch zur Mitbenutzung.
Die Warmmiete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten sowie Kabel-Internet-Anschluss (WiFi im ganzen Haus). Auch in der Miete inklusive ist ein Platz im Bike-Port für das Fahrrad. Wer ein Auto hat, kann bequem in der 30er-Zone parken.
Das Haus hat insgesamt 145qm Wohnfläche. Die Heizung mit solargewärmtes Wasser wurde im Oktober 2010 neu installiert.

The room is on the top floor of a townhouse and has its own balcony on the north side. It is completely furnished with a double bed with drawers underneath, a desk with WiFi, a closet and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a refrigerator and freezer and washing machine in the basement. The bathroom on the same floor has a shower and is also used by two other housemates.
The large kitchen, where we often meet for deep discussions or amusing conversation, as well as the living room/dining room, garden with 100qm, the ping pong table and the patio with 14qm are shared by all.
The total rent includes all utilities (gas, heat, electricity) as well as the cable Internet connection. The rent also includes a space for your bicycle in the covered bike port. If you have a car, you can easily park in the street, which is in a speed-reduced zone (30kmh).
The house altogether has 145qm living space. The heating system along with the solar-warmed water system was newly installed in October 2010.

In einem außergewöhnlich ruhigen Gebiet von Freiburg-West. Die Strassenbahn ist um die Ecke (3 Min. zu Linie 3 und 5) mit gutem Anschluss in die Stadt. (10 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof, 13 Min. zur Stadtmitte).
Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man die Stadtmitte in 17 bis 20 Minuten. Auf der ruhigen Straße (30er Zone) gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für ein Auto und auch für Gäste.
ENGLISH:
Located in an amazingly quiet area of Freiburg West. The tram (streetcar) is just around the corner (3 min. walk to tram lines 3 and 5) and has excellent connections to the city (10 min. to the train station, 13 min. to the city center.)
You can reach the city center by bike in 17 to 20 minutes. There are plenty of free parking spaces for you or your guests on the quiet street.

Das ist eine WG der besonderen Art! Dir erwartet ein wunderschönes Haus mit großer Küche und Wohnzimmer und Garten zur Mitbenutzung. Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene gesprächige Person, die möglichst fließend Englisch oder Deutsch spricht.
Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt mit einer Frau, einer Katze und vier Gästezimmer, die primär von Studenten/innen und Berufsanfänger/innen bewohnt sind. Jeder kocht für sich, aber die große Küche bildet den perfekten Platz für Kontakt und tiefsinnige sowie lustige Gespräche.
ENGLISH:
This is a special living community! You can expect a charming house with a large kitchen, living room and garden, which may be used by all. We're looking for an open person who enjoys talking, and who speaks fluent English or German (preferably both).
The house consists of non-smokers that include a woman, her cat, and four guest rooms, which are used by students or young employed persons. Everyone tends to cook for themselves, but the large kitchen is the perfect place to talk and meet up.
Note: The woman of the house is an American and likes to talk in English. So we appreciate tenants who speak fluent English!

Nichtraucher werden bevorzugt. Raucher dürfen nur auf dem Balkon oder auf der Terrasse rauchen.
WICHTIG:
Bei der hohen Anzahl von Interessenten, bitte ich Sie schriftlich auf diese Anzeige zu antworten mit Information zu Ihrer Person, Ihrem Studium/Ihrer Arbeit, ihrer finanziellen Situation und wie lange Sie das Zimmer mieten möchten.
Der Mietvertrag besteht für ein Minimum von drei Monaten. Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt 1 Monat zum Monatsende.

IMPORTANT:
Due to the large number of interested tenants, I ask you to please respond in writing to this ad and include information about yourself and your work or studies, your financial situation and how long you intend to rent the room.
The rental contract will run for a minimum of three months and can be terminated by giving at least one month’s notice to the end of the month.
