Das Zimmer hat etwa 12qm, es gibt eine schöne große Küche und ein Bad für jeweils zwei Personen. Die Mitbewohner sind super angenehm und es gibt eine Terrasse auf die man vom Zimmer aus kommt.
Das Zimmer ist geeignet für dich, wenn du etwas unkompliziertes und günstiges zur Zwischenmiete für den Monat Juli suchst. Das Zimmer wird teilmöbiliert sein, heißt es wird einen Schrank und eine Matratze drin sein - mehr leider nicht, da ich selbst ausziehe.

4 Minuten zur Bahnhaltestelle "Okenstraße" wo dich die Linie 4 schnell in die Stadt bringt.
4 Minuten zu Aldi, 5 Minuten zu Lidl, 7 Minuten zu Kauifland.
Es gibt hier im Wohnheim eine schöne Liegewiese und jede Menge Aktivitäten.
Manchmal wird zusammen gekocht, meistens trifft man sich abends auf ein Pläuschchen. Die Mitbewohner sind alle drei sehr angenehm.
