Room viewable starting from the 14th of August! Free to move in around the 20th of September.
I'm leaving Freiburg to continue my studies elsewhere in September.
The room is about 30m2, including a "Wintergarten". At the moment I'm paying 470€ warm, but the price might be changed by the landlord. Internet, electricity and garbage fees are paid separately with the other flatmates.
The WG is really quiet and the other flatmates are serious and quiet, perfect for studying. There are two girls and one guy living right now.
The apartment is located in front of the bus stop Laufener Strasse, and about 10 minutes away from the tram stop Rohrgraben. It's surrounded by parks and lakes are easy to reach.
The apartment includes a kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one big bathroom with shower, a small bathroom with WC and a corridor. A washing machine is situated in the basement of the house for you to use.
I'm leaving the room as seen on the pictures, including the furniture, which will have to be taken over from me (the only piece of furniture belonging to the house is the big white closet with the mirror).
The furniture to be taken over are the bed (mattress, bed frame and "Federholzrahmen"), L shaped furniture piece with desk attached to it, white drawer, carpet and sofa. All IKEA pieces, bought new when I arrived in Freiburg 5 years ago and are all in excellent condition.
In the price will be included a set of bed linen, mattress covers and "Schlafsack" (all cleaned thorough), as well as a desk chair, a shoe rack and a couple other small things.
The price will be discussed when we meet, but it will be around 750€.
