Hallo zusammen,
I’m offering a room in my 2er-WG because my current roommate is moving out, the room is unfurnished but you could buy the furniture that is in the picture from my roommate. The room is 11 m2 and has a big window which provides good lighting.
The room is only available until the END OF MARCH because at that time my fiancée is moving in.
The WG is located on Haslach very close to the Eschholzstraße and the Dreisam. Shopping in Penny, Netto and Edeka are within walking distances. The Hauptbahnhof is around 15 walking minutes away and the closest tram station is Escholzstraße.
Currently with my roommate we have a Zweck-WG Mode i.e. we mind our own businesses, but of course we could also share a beer or dinner together from time to time.
I’m working as a PhD candidate at the university so I’m normally not at home during the daytime. You should also know that my girlfriend comes to visit most of the weekends, so we would be 3 at home during these days.
I also speak German but I figured it is just easier for me to write this in English.
Please let me know you read the post by recommending me one movie to watch :) this way I know you actually agree with the description of the WG.
