Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist sehr schnuckelig. Es hat eine hölzerne Dachschräge und ein Fenster Richtung Fußweg und mit Blick auf die Linden vorm Haus.
Als Möbilar befindet sich dort zwei Ikea Regale mit ordentlich Stauraum, ein kleiner Holztisch als Schreibtisch, ein Nachttisch und eine Kommode und Stange für deine Kleidung. Eine Matratze (Ohne Lattenrost) kann bei Bedarf gestellt werden.
Als gemeinsamen Wohnraum haben wir ein Wohnzimmer, (mit Beamer! gemütliche Filmabende im Winter sind also mit dabei!) einen Garten mit Terasse und Feuerstelle, geräumiger Essbereich und eine kleine Küche. Es gibt zwei Bäder und eine kleine Toilette. Als Stellraum haben wir einen Keller und eine Garage für die Fahrräder.
English:
The room is on the top floor, and has a wooden roof slope (?). Its quite small, but cozy with one window showing to the walkway and the trees in front of the house. The furniture is: two big Shelves, with a lot of space to put things, a wardrobe, clothes rail, a small desk, a bedside cabinet. A mattress can be provided if wanted ( no full bed, sorry)
AS community living area we have: a living room with beamer! (cozy winter movienights ahoii), a garden with a terrace (and firespace), a big area,where we eat, and a small but well equiped kitchen (one advantage when many people live together-you benefit from all their stuff;)
Der Haierweg befindet sich in Haslach-Haid, einer ruhigeren fämilären Gegend. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe ( Aldi, Kaufland, Dm, diverse Bäckereien und etwas weiter Edeka und Lidl).
Der Dietenbachpark ist direkt um die Ecke und die Wälder und Felder beim Mundenhof sind auch nicht weit. Auch ist man schnell in der Weinlandschaft von St Georgen und braucht trotzdem mit den Öffis nur 10 Min zum Hbf und mit dem Fahrrad max. 20 Minuten.
The house is located in Haslach-Haid, a more familiar and quiet area. There are a lot of Grocery Shop opportunities nearby and a nice second hand shop too.
There is also a park with lake nearby. The bautiful forest and fields near Rieselfeld/Mundenhof is close too (my running round). Despite the closeness to nature, you are in 10 minutes by tram (max. 20 by bike) at the main station.
Das Wg Leben ist sehr lebendig. Mit euch leben hier:

Wir teilen eigentlich alle Lebensmittel und kochen auch füreinander, da die Küche für so viele Menschen, die gleichzeitig kochen möchten, zu klein ist :) Aber kein Zwang, so wie es passt :) Das Leben ist zu kurz für Stress zu Hause!

we share (almost) all groceries and we mostly cook for each other in the evening (cause the kitchen is quite small). But no pressure if thats not your thing :) You wont be forced in anything that is not your thing :)
Mietdauer möglich von frühestens 04.05.2024- 30.05.2024, auch Miete ab einer Woche möglich.
Schreibt gerne ein paar Zeilen zu euch und warum Zwischenmiete für euch passt.
Wegen Vertrag, ich würde einen Untermietervertrag aufsetzen, mit unseren Vermietern ist das auch abgesprochen.

Please dont call, I prefer writing :) But if you have any questions-just ask I am happy to answer them. You can rent here from earliest 04.05.2024- latest 30.05.2024 . It is possible to rent for only a week as well
