Ich bin Sanni und suche eine Person zum Zimmer teilen. Meine jetzige Zimmernachbarin verlässt nämlich Freiburg.
Das Zimmer ist groß, geht um die Ecke und hat viele Fenster. Es grenzt direkt an Balkon und Garten und ist im Sommer Durchgangsraum, außer wir machen die Türe zu.
Bisher haben meine Zimmernachbarin und ich Einiges geteilt (Wäsche, Schrank, ...), Anderes wiederum nicht (Bett, Kleidung, ...). Da bin ich aber flexibel und offen.
Was Du konkret noch wissen solltest:
Ich stehe um 6.30 Uhr auf und habe einen lauten, aber kurzen Wecker. Ich mache in meiner Ecke Licht und bin so leise wie möglich. Nach meiner Ausbildung bin ich oft beim Sport.
Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin will Bett, Schreibtisch und Sessel an ihre Nachfolgerin weitergeben. Den Preis müsstet ihr untereinander aushandeln.
Bis jetzt wurde unser Mietvertrag immer verlängert. Dennoch ist er befristet.

Hi, I'm Sanni and I'm looking for someone to share a room with. My current roommate is leaving Freiburg.
The room is large, goes around the corner and has many windows. The room is directly adjacent to the balcony and garden, so in the summer - when we don't close the door - it is a walk-through room.
So far, my roommate and I have shared some things (laundry, cupboard, ...), but not others (bed, clothes, ...). I'm flexible and open to talk about this.
What you should know specifically:
I get up at 6:30 a.m. and have a loud but short alarm clock. I turn on the light in my corner and am as quiet as possible. After my training, I usually do sports.
My current roommate wants to pass on the bed, desk and armchair to her successor. You would have to negotiate the price among yourselves.
Until now, our contract has always been extended. Nevertheless, it is temporary.

Zu Fuß:
2 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Richard-Strauss-Straße).
5 Minuten in den Wald.
10 Minuten zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle & Fahrradstation (Okenstraße).
20 Minuten zur Eichhalde (Aussichtspunkt im Wald gut zum Sonnenuntergang gucken).
Mit dem Rad:
15 Minuten in die Stadt.

On foot:
2 minutes to the next bus stop (Richard-Strauss-Straße).
5 minutes into the forest.
10 minutes to the next train stop & bike station (Okenstraße).
20 minutes to Eichhalde (viewpoint in the forest for a good view of the sunset).
By bike:
15 minutes into town.
Wir sind zu 8. Platz ist aber viel da.
Die meisten von uns studieren, ich mache eine Ausbildung zur Physio und unser ältestes WG-Mitglied ist Handwerker.
Wir machen gerne Dinge zusammen, allerdings sind die meisten von uns tagsüber bei der Arbeit oder in der Uni.
Oft sind unsere Freunde da und wir chillen im Gemeinschaftsraum. Wenn man sich zurückzieht wird das aber auch akzeptiert :)
Wir sind bekannt für unseren traditionellen "Pancake-Sunday", Jam-Sessions und Filmabende.

There is 8 of us and lots of space.
Almost all of us are studying, I am training to be a physio and our oldest shared member is a craftsman.
We like to do things together, but most of us are at work or at university during the day.
Our friends are often there and we chill in the common room. If you withdraw, that is also accepted :)
We are known for our traditional "Pancake Sunday", Jam Sessions and film evenings.
Das Zimmer zu teilen ist eine heikle Sache, kann nach meiner Erfahrung aber mega schön sein. Wir müssen dafür gut matchen.
Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, mit einer ordentlichen und rücksichtsvollen Person zusammenzuleben. Sag mir bitte, wie es darum steht und was Dir wichtig ist.

Sharing a room is a tricky thing, but in my experience it can be really nice. We have to match well for this.
I can only imagine living with a tidy and considerate person. Please tell me how things are going and what is important to you.
