Das Zimmer ist möbeliert, aber ich räume die meisten meine persönlichen Sachen raus, sodass Du genug Platz hast :) Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, ein Waschbecken, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal und ein seehr großes und bequemes sofa-Bett! Außerdem hat man einen super Ausblick auf den schönen Stadtteil Herdern und die Berge!
In der WG leben noch sechs andere Studierende, mit den unterschiedlichsten Studiengängen und Nationalitäten. Wichtig sind uns offener und respektvoller Umgang und Zuverlässigkeit in der Organisation unseres gemeinsamen Zuhauses.
Bitte schreibe uns etwas über dich, wer du bist, was du machst usw. Würden wir dich dann gerne noch persönlich kennenlernen :)
Du kannst das Zimmer ab 20 Juli beziehen und bis herum 7 Oktober 2018 bleiben. Die Monatsmiete ist 250€, also die total ist 637. Kaution: 50 euro.
Bitte nur Studierende, die an einer Freiburger Hochschule eingeschrieben sind. Also Austausch-Programme, z.B. Erasmus, gehen auch.

The room is fully furnished, but I will remove most of my personal belongings so you will have enough space :) There is a desk, a sink, a wardrobe, a shelf, a big and comfy sofa-bed and a beautiful view over Herdern and the mountains!
There are six other students living in the flat, with diverse study subjects and backgrounds. We value open and respectful contact and reliability in terms of the housekeeping duties for our shared home.
Please send us some personal details about you, what you do etc. when applying. We would like to get to know you in person as well :)
You can rent the room from the 18th of February until the 7th of April 2018. The rent is 250€ per month, so its 637 for the total. There's a 50 euro deposit.
Only students that are immatrikulated at the Freiburg university are allowed to rent a room at Händel. That includes exchange students, e.g. Erasmus.
Very near two tram stops, Okenstrasse and Komturplatz, and a 10 minute cycle to the university and city centre.
