The room is about 14m2 in the Haendelwohnheim (so you have to be a student to live here). It comes already furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. There is also a wash basin in the room.
Located in Haendelstrasse in Herdern, close to plenty of shops as well as tram lines.
The three current flatmates are all internationals students from the university, from India, Iran, and Ireland. The new flatmate will have to speak English, as that's the language spoken by everyone who lives here. We are looking for a friendly and clean person. We enjoy spending evenings chatting together over a bottle of wine, or watching a movie together from time to time. So it would be good if you are happy being friends with your flatmates :)
Also important is cleanliness. We want someone who will participate in the flat's cleaning plan, and also who generally wants to live in a clean flat.
The contract begins at the beginning of April, but you will need to register with the SWFR immediately (on Monday). For that reason, we are having our "casting" on Sunday and will decide the same day, so you will know very soon (but you also have to decide on Sunday).
