The room is available from August for an unlimited period of time. It is fully furnished and very cozy. There is a bed with a mattress, desk, wardrobe and shelfs. It is also very quiet and sunny. There is a big window and door toward the terrace from the room. Only girls students can live here.
Also, I am selling all my furniture (bed, matress, table, chair, wardrobe and shelves) for 300 euro.
The locations is extremely good. Only 3 tram stops or 15 minutes from bertoldsbrunnen. There is an Edeka just below the flat and Penny, Aldi and Lidl nearby. The Botanic garden is also on the other side of the street. The flat is extremely close the Biology building and a walking distance from Institutsviertel.
It is a flat for two people with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and long balcony. My flatmate is American, 23 years old and very friendly. She is doing her Masters in Engineering in Freiburg. Her German is not perfect, but she would love to live with someone who does know German so she can practice and also English so communication is possible :)
