The room is bright with a view of the Schlossberg. It comes furnished with a bed, a table, a chair, and a wardrobe. Since I am moving to a new place, there won't be any of my things in the room. The apartment itself is big and has two floors. The first floor has a kitchen, a living room, a guest restroom, a storage room, and a balcony. The living area is on the second floor. Here there are three rooms, a bathroom, and another balcony.
The apartment is located in the city center. Tram stops for trams 4 and 5 are 3 minutes walk, other trams 7 minutes walk. You can walk to the train station in 15 minutes. Near the house, there are Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Späti, a gas station that works at night, and much more. There is also a Frelo station nearby. The building is located on Europaplatz, near the Stadtgarten.
I want to rent a room for 1-2 months. It is not necessary to move in on the first of August and move out on the 30th of September. You can come in mid-August and leave in mid-September - it's not a problem. However, no extension is possible. The WG is going to be terminated starting from the 1st of October. Preferably, I'm looking for someone who can move in any time in August and move out before the 30th of September (with around 1 week to spare so that I can move the rest of my stuff to my new apartment).
