Das Zimmer ist hell, hat hohe Fenster und eine Decke mit Stuck, es geht zur Straße, die Fenster sind neu und gut isoliert, das Zimmer gehört zu einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, mit Essküche und
großem Bad mit Badewanne, der Hinterhof mit vielen Pflanzen, kann gerne mitgenutzt werden.
Zentrale Lage bei der Universitätsbibliothek, 7 min zum Hauptbahnhof, 3 min zum nächsten Supermarkt, 5 min zur Dreisam.
Ich bleibe in der Wohnung, ich freue mich über eine nette Mitbewohnerin, gern berufstätig o.ä., ich arbeite viel, trinke aber gern mal zusammen einen Café oder Bier im Hinterhof.
Bei Bedarf könnte ein großes Kallax Regal (mit Schranktüren und Körben), im Zimmer belassen werde. Auch ein Schreibtisch.
Ein- und Auszug sind flexibel möglich, um ca eine Woche.
