Our roommate is leaving the Fauler-WG and her beautiful and spacious room after several years. Her room will be available from 01.05.2023. Maybe yes for you? :)
The room is 18sqm, has stucco on the high ceilings, beautiful wooden parquet floor and invites you to feel comfortable and retreat. It faces the courtyard for a quieter space in the WG.
The apartment is centrally located on the edge of the Sedanviertel across from the Faulerbad. So you are in the city center in a few minutes by foot. There are plenty of shopping opportunities, the nearest jogging track is directly on the Dreisam, and the train station is within walking distance.
We are a quiet and cordial 3.5-person professional shared apartment.
Your potential roommates are Kathrin and Adrienne, plus a third who rents a room for her home office. Kathrin works as a press officer, she likes to be out and about and always has an open ear for everyday small talk. Adrienne comes from the USA, and does research on how hydrogen can be used as a renewable energy carrier. Her hobbies include ballet and cooking, and is often at her partner’s WG.
We all have our independent lives and enjoy living together and helping each other with life's little problems, meeting for a chat in the kitchen in between and sharing in each other's lives. We are in our 30s, so it is more of a working WG. It is a 4 room WG, but due to one room only be used as home office during the week, there is higher access to the kitchen and bathrooms.
We live predominantly vegetarian, find feminism self-evident and support mental health.
We are looking for someone with whom we feel comfortable. This also means that it is natural for you to be considerate and to take responsibility for each other (i.e. cleaning, running errands, keeping order). Then living together is simply more fun ;-). Adrienne is learning German but currently is better in her native English, so speaking English is necessary.
We would like to make viewing appointments probably on the 22nd or 24th of Feb. Write us already, which day would be possible for you.
