You're at the right place here.
I'm doing a three month long internship after my exchange semester, so I'd like to subrent my room starting from the 3rd of April* until circa the 18th of June. There's room to be flexible about the start and the end of your rent period! You wouldn't need to pay the full month's rent if you move in later, of course :).
*sorry, had to change the start date. Legal holiday, so the landlord is not available!
There's no dish washer, and you have to pay for the use of the washing machine. Otherwise you get all the benefits of a well-established student apartment. The student association also offers cheap and useful services like borrowing drills, mattresses, barbecues and painting equipment.

Hier bist du am richtigen Platz.
Nach meinem Erasmussemester mache ich jetzt ein dreimonatiges Praktikum, deshalb möchte ich mein Zimmer in der Zwischenzeit vermieten. Mietzeit ist ab dem 3. April* bis ca. zum 18. Juni. Der Mietstart kann auch später sein, und übers Ende können wir auch noch reden :)
*Da der 2. ein gesetzlicher Feiertag ist, ist der Hausmeister erst ab dem 3. erreichbar.
Geschirr muss man selbst spülen und Waschmaschine kostet auch Marken. Ansonsten gibt es einen Ofen, Mikrowelle, Dusche, jede Menge Geschirr. Das Studentenwerk bietet auch praktische Dienstleistungen wie der Verleih von Bohrern, Matratzen, Grillen usw. an.
Infrastructure-wise it's close to the tram, to Edeka, Penny and a pharmacy. There's also sports fields and the famous StuSie lake less than 5 minutes away! Basically everything you'll need in your time there.
StuSie ist nicht so hip wie das Händelwohnheim, oder so modern wie die Stühlinger, aber es ist grün, und hat alles was man braucht. Edeka, Penny und Apotheke sind gleich in der Nähe, und du kommst schnell ins Grüne, unter anderem zum StuSie See.
After living there last year, I wanted to come back to this WG, because I missed the people and the place. Not bad advertisement, right ;)? Usually people talk in English, although there are also German speakers, if you want to learn. We have a cleaning schedule, and every once in a while we cook together, or play board games!
Zum WG-Leben: Ich habe schon einmal in derselben WG gewohnt, und wollte unbedingt zurück! Die WG Zusammenstellung ändert sich öfter, von Bachelorstudenten zu pHd Studenten kann alles dabei sein.
