The room is 13.4 square meters and well formed (almost square!), with two large windows that open up onto the terrace. The photos are revealing all the secrets :)

Das Zimmer ist 13.4 qm groß und super (fast quadratisch) geschnitten. Es hat 2 große Fenster zur Terrasse hin. Aber ansonsten sagen die Bilder viel mehr :)
The WG is situated in Landwasser, so not super central, but it's a lovely area with much to explore nonetheless. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the small lake 'Moosweiher,' which is a great place to swim, grill or just relax in the summer. Seepark is a bit farther away, but still only about a 10 minute bike ride. Mooswald, Lehner Berg and the Dreisam are also relatively close by, so this is the perfect area for people who love spending time in nature!
There's a grocery store (REWE), pharmacy, and a few other shops just around the corner (about a two minute walk) and the tram-stop 'Diakoniekrankenhaus' is also only about a 2-3 minute walk. With tram it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center, and about 15-20 minutes if you prefer biking.

Die WG liegt in Landwasser, also nicht suuper zentral, aber das gleichen all die tollen Sachen in der Umgebung wieder aus. Zu Fuß ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten am wunderschönen Moosweiher, der im Sommer zum schwimmen, grillen und/oder entspannen einlädt. Ein klein bisschen länger (mit dem Rad aber auch nur 10Minuten) braucht man zum Seepark, Mooswald oder Lehener Berg und auch die Dreisam ist nicht weit. Also für Leute, die gerne in der Natur sind perfekt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE) sind quasi direkt ums Eck und die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle auch nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt. Mit der Bahn dauert es knapp 15 Minuten in die Stadt, mit dem Rad 15-20 Minuten.
The WG has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We enjoy hanging out together over a coffee in the kitchen or mojitos (made using our very own mint plant!) on the terrace. In non-corona times we occasionally go into the city or on hikes together. We also understand that people need their alone time, which of course isn't a problem. The most important thing for us is that our harmonious living situation continues:)
Your new housemates will be Arun (21), who is originally from India and is now doing an Ausbildung in nursing. Miguel (24) is Spanish and in his second year of his Master in Environmental Sciences, and Sebastian (28), currently the only German in the flat, is PhD student in the faculty of natural resources.
