Ich ziehe aus meiner Wohnung aus und möchte meinen Vertrag vorzeitig kündigen. Die Vermieter (nicht ich) wollen, dass ich jemanden finde, der das Zimmer vermieten kann.

Der Standort liegt in der Nähe des Moosweihers. Zum See sind es 3 Gehminuten.
Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Rewe. Auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Moosweiher“ und die S-Bahn-Haltestelle „Landwasser“ sind ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt auch viele Busverbindungen.

To my understanding, you will take over the last 2 months of my contract (Feb and March 2023) and then an additional 6 months till end of September 2023. Please confirm this with the Vermieter during the apartment visit. Contract extension after 6 months is possible.
