Ich zwischenvermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer mit großen Bett (1,40m), Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Stuhl und kleinem Regal. Ich werde wahrscheinlich ein paar Sachen von mir dalassen und ein paar Sachen wegräumen, so dass genug Platz für deine Sachen entstehen wird, das können wir gerne absprechen.
I rent my room in the student dormitory Kunzenweg in Littenweiler with a large bed (1,40m), a wardrobe, a desk, two chairs and a small shelves. I will let some of my things in the room and put some things out, so that there will be enough space for your things.
Das Wohnheim Kunzenweg liegt direkt neben der Pädagogischen Hochschule. Zur S-Bahn-Station sind es nur 4 Minuten und zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Laßbergstraße 7 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Stadtmitte ist man von der Laßbergstraße in ca. 13 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad. Und der nächste Supermarkt ist auch nur 9 Minuten entfernt, das ZO, wo man viele Geschäfte findet, nur ca. 7 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.
The student dormitory Kunzenweg is next to Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg. The train station is only 4 minutes away and the tram station Laßbergstraße 7 minutes away by foot. From Laßbergstraße you are in the city center of Freiburg in 13 minutes by bike or by tram. At the next supermarket you are in 9 minutes by foot and at the big ZO where are many shops you are in 7 minutes by tram from Laßbergstraße.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Carina und Wilken, die beide an der Pädagogischen Hochschule studieren und sehr offen und freundlich sind und eine weitere Person, die auch neu einziehen wird. Als WG haben wir eher selten etwas zusammen unternommen außer gemeinsames Kochen und reden, aber für Vorschläge sind die beiden offen :)
Your roommates are Carina and Wilken who study at Pädagogische Hochschule. They are open-minded and friendly. We sometimes talk and cook together in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, eine Küche und zwei Balkone (einer von der Küche und der andere an 2 anderen Zimmern). Außerdem können die Waschmaschinen im Wohnheim für 2 Euro pro Waschgang genutzt werden.
Das Einzugsdatum und das Auszugsdatum sind flexibel, das Einzugsdatum kann auch später und das Auszugsdatum auch früher nach Absprache sein.
Rassismus, Sexismus und sonstige -ismen sind in der WG nicht erwünscht!
There are two bathrooms, a kitchen and two balconys in the flat. You can also use the washing machine for 2 euros. The date to move in and move out are flexible and not sure yet, we can talk together about that.
No racism, sexism and other -ism's!
