The WG has 4 Big rooms that are all bigger than 15 sqm. I am already living in one, I am looking for one dude and two girls to move in. one of the three rooms has a Terrace, Hochbett with Matratze and a big Closet so there is no need to bring a lot of furniture. the other 2 rooms are a bit smaller and have no furniture but they are big enough for you to build a nice life there.
The Apartment has 1 big shower room, big enough to make a Party there haha.. one Small bathroom with shower and a Guest pathroom, that is perfect for a WG because Nobody has to wait.
there is a Huge Terrace we can all use for Grills, Parties or whatever we want to do.
the kitchen will be built next week, so there is no photo. please Look at the photos so you can have a better picture.
everything has been renovated and everything is new.
the Apartment is located in the Hexentalstraße infront of a REWE. you can literally cross the street to grab whatever you need at all times. the City is 10 mins away with the bike and there are bus connections really Close.
The location is super cool.
I literally just moved in today so I am still getting adjusted to the change.

I moved to Germany three years Ago from Central America and I moved to Freiburg 3 months Ago for an Ausbildung als Mediengestalter in a Marketing Agency here. I also work for a modelling Agency from Freiburg as a Fotograf, I am working a lot in creative Projects so quiet time and space is something I really value at home.
I have lived in the last three years in WGs and I have had all types of experiences. Now I have the Chance to start my own WG and give shape to a home here. I will Create a place I can call home and I will not let anyone ruin the vibe there. If you are not just looking for a room but a place you can proudly call home, this could be the place for you. if you are looking for a Zweck WG please dont even bother writing me.
this place is like blank Slate and we can really build a good life here. this place is awesome.
I am looking for people who are already into the Working lifestyle or cool students. I have lived in many places and experienced many cultures so I am very open minded to people. I give you extra points if you are a creative of some Sort. If you are into arts, Photography, design, Illustration, Photoshop, painting, Architektur, tattooing, etc, etc there is a big chance we are going to get a long very welllll.. :)
I really dont care who or what you are. I really only care if you have a good soul.
there is a lot of work to be done in the WG to make it feel like home.
