ich absolviere ab September mein Praxissemester in der Schweiz und hätte daher mein Wg-Zimmer zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, mit direktem Blick (und Durchgang 😉) auf eine große Wiese hinter dem Wohnheim. Man sieht sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge und hat immer etwas Grün vor der Nase.
Das Zimmer ist mit eine 120cm breiten Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl möbliert.
Ich würde zusätzlich gerne meinen einige Möbel (Sessel und Beistelltisch), meinen Drucker und einige Dekoelemente sowie meine Planzen im Zimmer lassen.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer und du würdest dir eins mit deiner Mitbewohnerin und Zimmernachbarin teilen.
Die Küche ist schön groß und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet 👍 du bräuchtest eigentlich nicht mehr als deine Lieblingstasse mitbringen.
Dazu haben wir ein Palettensofa in der Küche stehen, was überraschend bequem und bei Gästen immer sehr beliebt ist.

I will completing an internship in Switzerland from september and would therefore have to rent my room in a shared flat.
The room is on the ground floor, with a direct view (and passage 😉) on to a large ... behind the dorm. You can see very beautiful sunsets and always have something green in front of your nose.
The room is furnished with a 120cm wide bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk and deskchair. In addition, I would like to leave my own furniture (armchair an sidetable), my printer, some decorative elements ans my plants in the room.
There are 2 bathrooms and you would share one with your female roomate.
The kitchen is nice and big and is equipped with everything you could need 👍 you dońt really need to bring anything more than your favorite mug.
We also have a pallet-sofa in the kitchen, which is suprisingly comfortable and always a guests favorite.
Es handelt sich um eine 4er WG im Wohnheim Campus, zwischen dem neuen Stadion und der Technischen Fakultät.
Der Seepark ist nur 5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad oder 15-20 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Bis in die Innenstadt sind es 15-20 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.
Dazu liegt die Bahnstation "Technische Fakultät" der Linie 4 7 Min. zu Fuß entfernt und die Station "Messe/Universität" der S-Bahn 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.

It´s a shared flat in the dorm Campus, between the new stadium an the technical factulty.
The Seepark is only 5 min. away by bike or by a 15-20 min. walk.
It takes 15-20 min. by bike to get to the citycenter.
The train station "Technische Fakultät" on line 4 is a 7 min. walk away and the S-Bahn station "Messe/Universität" is a 5 min. walk away.
Du würdest die 6 Monate mit einem Sport-Studenten (23), einem Engineering-Studenten (24) und einer ebenfalls neuen Mitbewohnerin zusammen leben.
Die Jungs sind total nett und heißen jeden herzlich willkommen.
Üblicherweise trifft man sich regelmäßig in der Küche und unterhält sich über alles Mögliche und ist Abends eigentlich nie alleine.
Wir haben regelmäßige WG-Dinner, bei denen verschiedene Lieblingsgerichte zusammen kochen oder neue Gerichte ausprobieren werden. Nicht zu vergessen sind die Spiele-Abende!
Für Vorschlage und Ideen sind immer alle offen 🕺
Einen Putzplan haben wir nicht. Wir arbeiten da sehr gut zusammen.
Jeder achtet darauf, hinter sich aufzuräumen und mit den größeren Aufgaben (Müll rausbringen, Boden wischen) wechseln wir uns ab.

You would live together with a sports student (23), an enginering student (24) and a new femal roomate.
The boys are really nice and give ecerybody a warm welcome.
Usually you meet someone in the kitchen an talk about all sorts of things and are nearly never alone in the evening.
We have regular WG-Dinners where we cook different favorite dishes thogether or try new dishes. And dońt forget the game nights!
Everyone is always open to suggestions and ideas 🕺
We dońt have a cleaning schedule. We work very well together.
Everyone makes sure to clean uo after themselves and we take turns with the bigger tasks (taking out the trash, wiping the floor).
Falls dir unsere kleine, aber feine Wohngemeinschaft zusagt, melde dich doch gerne bei mir und stell dich kurz vor.
