Das Gemeinschaftszimmer befindet sich in einem mehrstöckigen Gebäude im ersten Stock. Das Zimmer ist 23 m2 groß und teilmöbliert. Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und hat auch zwei große Fenster, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, zwei Bäder mit Badewanne und Badewanne, und die Küche hat einen kleinen gemeinsamen Essbereich.
Das Haus hat einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Hinterhof, wo es auch einen kleinen Garten gibt. Die Hausherrin wohnt ebenfalls im Haus im Erdgeschoss.
Gegenwärtig gibt es zwei Frauen und vier Männer (mich eingeschlossen) mit verschiedenen Nationalitäten. Die meisten Mitglieder sind über 25 Jahre alt und die meisten sind berufstätig. Ein Mitglied hat auch einen kleinen Hund als Haustier, aber der macht sich kaum bemerkbar.
Da sich mein Büro verlagert hat, werde ich an einen Ort in der Nähe ziehen und am 31. Mai ausziehen. Daher suche ich jemanden, der mich für den Rest meiner Vertragslaufzeit vom 1. Juni bis 30. September 2024 übernimmt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag nach diesem Datum noch länger zu verlängern.
Ich werde versuchen, so viele Anfragen wie möglich von meiner Seite aus zu beantworten.

The shared room is located in a multi storey building on the first floor. The room is 23 m2 and semi-furnished. The room is quite spacious and it also has two large windows, as you can see in the pictures. The apartment has a total of 6 bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms with bath and a bathing tub, and the kitchen has a small common dining area.
The house has a place for storing the bicycles in the backyard where there is also a small garden. The landlady also lives in the house on the ground floor.
Presently, there are two females and 4 males (including myself) with different nationalities and mostly everyone is more than 25 years old and most members are currently working. One member also has a small dog as a pet but it hardly makes its presence feel.
As my office has shifted so I will be moving to a place closer to it and will be leaving on the 31st of May. Therefore I am looking for someone to take over for the rest of my contract period which will be from 1st June-30th Sept, 2024. There is some chance to extend the contract for another year after this date.
I will try to answer as many requests as possible from my end.

Die Lage ist sehr nah am Seepark und die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist Moosgrund (6-7 Minuten zu Fuß), aber auch die Haltestelle Betzenhauser Torplatz ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Sportprinz Fitnessstudio ist in der Nähe und nahkauf und lidl sind die nächsten Supermärkte.
