I would like to rent a room with Bedroom, kitchen from 20th July to 31st Aug 2018.
You can call it as Flat, or 1 room Kitchen.
Flat consist of furnished kitchen, bedroom with Bed, Shelves, study table and chair. You have all basic things in the flat.
Room is located on Rasenweg 79110 and is only for 1 person.
Ideally the person will live alone because I will be on vacation till mid August.
Person can either rent it for August only or also possible to rent it from 20th July 2018.
Supermarket: Lidl, Rewe, Aldi are within reach
Bus stop: 2 mins walk
Tram: 10 minutes walk
Inernet: Flatrate, 50 mbits
Animals not allowed, smoking not allowed in flat.
General house rules apply.

S bahn stop-5 minutes by walk, Messe stop
Bus stop 2 minutes by walk Almendweg strasse & Falkenberg strasse

Flat is in very quite and calm location.
I am working but during this time I am probably not at home.
We can cook together if I am here.
We play sometimes in the park behind and BBQ in the garden.Parking for bikes isnt a problem, also you can park on street without any problems.
I speak , English, Germany and little Spanish.
