Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und beinhaltet ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen großen Schrank und ein eigenes Waschbecken, das im Januar neu eingebaut wurde. Es hat nicht viel Platz für viele Dinge, die nötigsten Sachen passen aber auf jeden Fall rein.
Auf Wunsch können das Bett und der Schreibtisch im Keller deponiert werden, falls du das selber mitbringst.
Die Ostrichtung des Zimmers ist im Sommer ideal, so bleibt es einigermaßen kühl, selbst bei Temperaturen über 30°.

The room is 12qm big and includes a bed, a table and a big closet, which also can be stored in the basement. Also theres a sink in the room which is new since January. Its not much space, but enough for the important things.
The room has its window to the east, which holds the temperatur low, even in the summer with >30°.

Das Wohnheim befindet sich direkt an der Dreisam, hat direkte Anbindung an den dort entlang laufenden Radweg, man ist also schnell in der Stadt (5-10 Minuten) oder an der PH (10 Minuten).
5 Gehminuten entfernt ist das ZO, Zentrum Oberwiehre, mit Rewe, Aldi, Dm, Alnatura, Woolworth, Deichmann, Apotheke, Döner und Asiate und noch ein paar Läden mehr.

The dorm is directly at the Dreisam, also theres a bicycle path which leads to the city and Littenweiler, which you can arrive in less than 10 minutes with the bike.
5 minutes away by feet theres the ZO, which has many stores in it: Rewe, Aldi, Dm, Alnatura, Woolworth, Deichmann, Apotheke, turkish und asian food, and a lot more.
Die WG ist ein bunter Haufen völlig verschiedener Menschen. Die alle vorzustellen wäre hier nicht möglich. Wir haben Musikstudent*innen, PHler*innen, FSJler*innen vom Pflegeheim nebenan und viele weitere.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die sehr groß ist und eigentlich immer ausreicht. Außerdem gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, das von allen benutzt wird. Hier trifft man sich immer wieder, hält ein Pläuschchen oder so.
Ebenso werden die Duschen und WC's gemeinsam benutzt, sind aber in einem ordentlichen Zustand.

We are a lot of different people who all do different things: Some study math, or music. Some are working next at the "Emmi-Seeh-Heim", which is a senior residence.
We use the living room and the kitchen together, but theres enough space for everyone to cook or to eat.
Also we share the toilet and the shower, but I think in 3 years I never had to wait for the shower, at least one of them two is always free, same for the toilet.
Benötigt wird eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung.
Da mein Mietvertrag bis Ende September weiterläuft, wird sowohl Miete als auch Kaution an mich gezahlt, da mein Vertrag und die Zahlungen mit dem Vertrag weiterlaufen.
Es besteht die Chance, nach September im Zimmer zu bleiben, dies ist aber nicht sicher. Der Verantwortliche vom Wohnheim, Hr Greschkowitz, hat diesbezüglich nichts versprochen, meint aber, dass es eventuell möglich ist.
Außerdem kostet es einmalig 50€ für dich und mich, für die Zusatzkosten beim Hausmeister.
Ansonsten kannst du gerne Fragen, falls etwas ist.

You need a certificate of study, because its for students only.
My contract is running until end of september, so i keep paying the fee while you pay me the fee and the deposit.
Theres a chance you can stay longer than september, but that depends on the situation in the dorm, but you will get informed by august approx.
Also theres a onetime paying by 50€ for you and me to pay the extra work the janitor has.
