Hallo ihr Lieben!
Zwei unserer Mitbewohner ziehen zum 1.8. aus, weshalb wir nach zwei neuen, aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnern suchen. Der kleinere Raum ist 12m^2 groß und kostet 363 Euro warm. Es können Möbel von der jetzigen Mieterin übernommen werden, aber der Raum ist leider erstmal nur bis Februar zu mieten. Die Möglichkeit zu Verlängern besteht aber. Wir mieten das ganze Haus, weshalb es viel Platz gibt.
Wir haben einen kleinen Garten in dem im Moment Tomaten, Gurken und Zucchinie wachsen, es ist aber noch genug Platz für was neues. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradschuppen und einen riesigen Keller, die auch mitbenutzt werden können. Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr lieb und ruhig und es gibt kaum Verkehr, da wir in einer Einbahnstraße leben.

As 2 of our housemates are moving out in August we are looking for 2 new flatmates. This is the smaller of the 2 rooms and will be available from 1st of Aug to the 1st of Feb 2019, but there might be the posibility to extend.
Since we rent the whole house, there is plenty of extra space, you can use the garden, the bike shed and the huge basement as well.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15-20 Minuten in der Stadt und die Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten erreicht. Es gibt alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Aldi, Apotheken und Bäcker, die man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann.
The house is located in a cosy small street in Sankt Georgen on a quiet street. You can reach the bus stop in 3 minutes (route 14) and with the bike it takes 15-20 meters to the towncenter. Everything else you need is within a 5 minute walk, like Edeka, Aldi, Pharmacy and Bakeries...
Mein Freund Tayler und ich, Anna, leben zusammen im Erdgeschoss in zwei Räumen. Tayler ist aus Australien und arbeitet hier in einem Pub. Ich selbst studiere Biologie und bin im zweiten Semester. Mit unsere jetzigen Wg kochen wir gerne gemeinsam, gärtnern und unternehmen was zusammen. Wir sind also keine Zweck-Wg. Außerdem haben wir einen Grill der diesen Sommer viel genutzt werden will!
Hello! Currently living in the house is myself (Tayler 23) and my girlfriend (Anna 21). We live in the bottom floor of the house. As you may have noticed most of this is in english that is due to me being from Australia. I am currently working in a Pub here in Freiburg.
Anna is studying Biology in her second semester.
With our current flatmate we like to hang out, have meals together, just sit in the kitchen chatting or enjoy a beer in the garden.
