In der 3er WG in unserem Haus wird ein Zimmer frei. Die WG liegt im Erdgeschoss/Hochparterre und hat ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und eine große Küche mit Gasherd/ofen. Internet teilen wir uns im Haus und ist über WLAN verfügbar (DSL). Telefonieren ins Festnetz ist beim Internet mit dabei. Waschmaschine steht im Keller und kann mitbenutzt werden. Fahrräder können in der Garage abgestellt werden. Parken ist hier kein Problem. Anfragen bitte nur von Nichtrauchern.
Das Zimmer hat 12qm. Inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt die monatliche Miete für das kleine Zimmer 330€. Die Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten. Rauchen ist nicht erwünscht, außerdem soll es keine 'Party'-WG sein, da wir berufstätig sind. Aktuell wohnen Julia ,Louise und Rachele in der WG. Da Rachele auszieht, wird ein Zimmer frei für den angegebenen Zeitraum!
