Miete/Rent: 200 Euros warm (die Miete ist eigentlich etwas höher, aber ich werde den Rest bezahlen)
Ich verbringe etwas mehr als ein Jahr im Ausland und möchte daher mein schönes Zimmer in der Stusie untervermieten!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Bett, Tisch (kann kleiner gemacht werden, durch wegklappen), Stuhl, einem kleinen Regal und einem Einbauschrank. Internet gibt es im Zimmer und in der Küche über ein Lan-Kabel. Dazu gibt es eine große Küche mit angeschlossenem Essbereich und das wichtigste: einen schönen großen Balkon mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den Schwarzwald und die Stadt!
I will spend an Erasmus year in France and thus have to leave my beautiful room in the Stusie for a little over a year: it' got 12 qm and a bed, a desk, a chair, shelves and a wardrobe. Internet is available via a cable in both the room and the big kitchen. We also have a balcony with a beautiful view of the Schwarzwald and the city :)
Perfekte Lage! 3 Minuten zur Bahn (von dort 7 Minuten in die Altstadt), 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Altstadt, und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Einen Penny und einen Edeka in 6 Minuten erreichbar, Rewe, DM und mehr auch nicht weit entfernt!
Aber das wichtigste: einen tollen Park und See direkt um die Ecke! Gehminuten vielleicht so vier, der perfekte Ort zum Baden, Sonnen und Grillen!
3 Minutes to the tram ( 7 minutes to the old city from there), 15 minutes by bike to the old city, and opportunities for grocery shopping: a Penny and Edeka in 6 minutes, Rewe, DM and more are not far either!
The most important thing though: a great park and lake right around the corner! About 4 minutes by foot, the perfect place for swimming and having a barbecue!
Meine Mitbewohner sind ebenfalls Studierende, aus Deutschland, China und Serbien. Alle sind echt nett und cool und ich unterhalte mich echt gern mit ihnen.
My flatmates are students as well, from Germany, China and Serbia. They are all really nice and cool and I love talking to them :)
Waschmünzen müssen unten am Stusie - Kiosk gekauft werden (2 Euro für die Waschmaschine, 1,50 für den Trockner (wir haben aber einen Wäscheständer und auf dem Balkon gibt es auch Möglichkeiten, deine Wäsche aufzuhängen).
Washing coins have to be bought at the Stusie Kiosk (they are 2 Euros, coins for the dryer cost 1.50. There are possibilities, however, to dry you clothes on the balcony or our drying rack)
*Barrierefreiheit: Es gibt einen Aufzug und man kommt in die Zimmer und Wohnung. Das Bad ist aber sehr klein und ich denke es ist nicht für Menschen mit Rollstuhl geeignet.
