Ich muss meine lieben Mitbewohnerinnen und die Wohnung hier Ende Dezember leider aus beruflichen Gründen verlassen... und suche daher nach einer netten Person, die mich hier ersetzt!
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, mit einem großen Fenster nach Westen, das direkt einen der zwei Balkone der Wohnung überblickt.
Es bestünde auch die Möglichkeit einige Möbel zu übernehmen, das kann man alles noch besprechen.

I am sadly leaving my wonderful flatmates and flat at the end of december...
I am therefore looking for a person to replace me!
The room is big and well lit with a big window towards the west that gives on one of the balconies.
There's a possibility o leave some furniture, we can discuss about that later!
Ideale Lage:
- 30 Sekunden Entfernung zur Tram-Haltestelle Richtung Innenstadt
- direkt über einem kleinen Obst- und Gemüseladen
- 2 Bäckereien in 3 Minuten Laufradius zur Wohnung
- Edeka ist 5 Minuten entfernt
- Post, Bank, ...
UND: (ganz wichtig!) die Eisdiele direkt um die Ecke!!! Eine WG-Tradition...

Wir sind eine soziale WG, keine Zweck-WG :)
Wir essen zusammen zu Abend, wenn es unsere Terminpläne erlauben, gleiches gilt für entspannte Frühstücksrunden am Wochenende.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wohnlich: der Gemeinschaftsraum ist die Küche, aber natürlich kann sich jede/r jederzeit ins eigene Zimmer zurückziehen, um zu Lernen, Entspannen und Ruhe zu haben.
Wenn du kreativ und unternehmungslustig bist, und auch mal gern ein Glas Wein oder Bier am Abend mit netten Leuten trinkst, dann könnte diese WG echt nach deinem Geschmack sein!

This is a social WG :)
We have dinner together when the timetables of each allows us, same for week end breakfasts.
The apartment is well organised: the main room is the kitchen, but of course we like to have our own moments for studying, chilling, etc where we retreat in our rooms.
If your artsy, sporty and like to have a beer or glass of wine in the evening, this might be the pace for you!
